Payment Policies

General

Payments made online are not automatically posted to your HardyNet and/or Hardy Telecommunications accounts. Payments made after 4 p.m. or on a non-business day will be charged to your card, but will not be posted to your Hardy account until the next business day.

Non-Pay Disconnect Policy

Hardy Telecommunications mails a notice to customers once their telephone balance(s) is 30 days past due. These notices are mailed 10 days prior to the customer’s final due date. The notices include a customer’s past-due balance for telephone and long distance services only; Internet / DSL services are not included in the balance amount shown on the notice.

Accounts subject to disconnect must be paid by the designated date and time. Failure to make payment will result in additional fees and interruption of service.
