Hardy Telecommunications is planning to release a major upgrade to the software running our OneNet TV set top boxes. This will require that our OneNet TV service be temporarily disrupted in the early morning hours this Wednesday, July 19. We have been working with the vendor company who designs our set top box software to develop this upgrade version, using comments from customers regarding set top box performance. The new software version has new and upgraded features for easier guide and menu navigation and a faster response time. Your OneNet TV service will be temporarily disrupted beginning about 1 a.m. Wednesday, July 19. During this time you will not be able to watch OneNet TV or view or record any programs. This disruption will last for a few hours, but our intention is for service to be restored before 6 a.m. The upgrade will then be rolled out to our OneNet TV customers. Customers can reboot their OneNet set top boxes and the new version will automatically load onto their box. We apologize for this brief service disruption as we improve our Hardy OneNet TV service.
